Membership Policy
Billing, freeze, cancellation, booking, and refunds for Rose Style Studio memberships
By enrolling at Rose Style Studio, you agree to the following policies. For appointment scheduling, cancellation and no-show rules, see our Appointment Policy.
Account Standing
Once your account is at a zero balance and in good standing, you're able to start a membership, unfreeze one, cancel one, book appointments, and use your membership benefits.
Membership Billing
The monthly Founders membership price is $199, with a one-time $49 enrollment fee collected when you join.
When you enroll, you're charged a prorated amount based on your sign-up date. After that, all memberships bill on the same date - the 1st of each month.
Memberships renew automatically on the 1st. There is no long-term contract - membership is month to month.
A 20% gratuity is applied at checkout, calculated on the menu price of the services in your appointment that day, including services that are included with your membership.
Any service not included in your membership is paid in full at the time of service.
A $25 fee per base service applies to late cancellations up to 48 hours and to late arrivals we are unable to accommodate. That is one $25 fee for the service. See our Appointment Policy.
A $50 fee per base service applies to no shows. Any late arrivals past 15 minutes will result in a cancelled appointment.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, a one-time $25 decline fee applies - once only, however many retry attempts are made.
When a payment fails, the membership is suspended right away: booking and holding appointments pause until the balance is settled on the website.
If the balance is still unpaid after 30 days, the membership is cancelled, along with any future appointments.
Booking & Scheduling
Your membership gives you ongoing access to services, subject to availability.
You can keep up to one appointment on the schedule at a time, so every member has a fair shot at the book. As soon as one is done, you're able to book your next.
Each service holds its own spot on the schedule.
Availability is limited and moves with demand - booking ahead, checking back regularly, and using the waitlist are the surest ways to get the times you want.
Membership Freeze Policy
You're able to freeze once your first full monthly draft has gone through - for example, if you join in January, freezing opens up after the February 1st draft.
After that, you can freeze whenever you need to, as many times as you need to on your website.
A $19 monthly freeze fee starts on your next billing cycle (the 1st of the month).
While you're frozen, hair service booking is paused, and any appointments already on the schedule are cancelled.
Once your account is at a zero balance, you can unfreeze any time - settling any outstanding balance comes first.
Unfreezing charges the full monthly membership fee, whatever date you unfreeze on.
Your monthly price stays the same as when you first joined.
Membership Cancellation
You're able to cancel once your first full monthly draft has gone through - for example, if you join in January, cancelling opens up after the February 1st draft.
After that, you can cancel any time on the website.
Once your account is at a zero balance, cancelling goes through - settling any outstanding charges or fees comes first.
Let us know by the last day of the month before the draft, and your membership privileges stay active through the end of that billing period.
Unused services and time remaining in the billing cycle aren't refunded.
Cancellations, freezes, payment issues and refund requests all go through the website or the website contact form, rather than by phone or at the front desk.
If booking is what's been difficult, freezing may suit you better than cancelling.
Membership Usage
Your membership stays with you - it isn't transferable, and the benefits cover your own services, not services shared with or booked for someone else.
Refund Policy
Membership and enrollment fees are final once they're billed, so unused services and unused time in a billing cycle aren't refunded.
That holds for non-use, missed appointments, travel, schedule conflicts, and limited availability.
If a charge doesn't look right to you, send it over and we'll review it. That includes a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a charge made after a cancellation or freeze was completed on time, and a separately-paid service you didn't receive.
Billing concerns go through the contact page, and our Guest Services team reviews them.
