Yes. Please shampoo and condition at least three times beforehand. Extensions should arrive clean and completely oil-free for the best install and longest wear. If you'd like us to prepare your extensions for you, this must be added to your appointment as an add-on service.

Yes. Hair is not included in the service price. We'll have premium hair available in-salon the day of your service. Come in and let us assist you in choosing the perfect match, and your stylist can guide you based on your desired fullness and look. You're welcome to leave a note on your appointment letting us know your preference.

Because our schedule is carefully curated around each client, additional services generally can't be added the day of. Doing so creates a time conflict for the client after you. We recommend booking all desired services in advance so your full vision is accounted for.

Unfortunately due to the number of clients we see a day this will create a time conflict with the next service.

Extension Removal is a standalone, initial service. Removal & Detangle is an add-on service, booked alongside another initial service.

Yes. You're welcome to switch stylists for each service.

All stylists are trained to the Rose Style Studio standard, so you're in good hands with anyone on our team. We also post their work on our social media. Feel free to take a look. Our goal is unison across every stylist's craft.

Every stylist gives their all. They're skilled in the specific services they're assigned to perform.

We use a new client intake form instead of a standalone consultation. It must be filled out as soon as you book, ahead of your appointment date. If anything is unclear, you're welcome to email our customer service team with questions.

We've currently paused standalone wig maintenance services. Any wig maintenance (ex. shampooing) must be added on to an initial service. We no longer replace closures or perform full wig maintenance. For those needs, please contact Gift Hair Extensions.

We don't offer color services as part of your appointment. Gift Hair Extensions offers a selection of colors to choose from when purchasing your hair. If you need a root touch-up or color service, this must be done before your appointment.
